Thermal Oil Heating System
Electric thermal oil heater, consists of the main parts (including electric heater host , high-temperature oil pump and Y-shape filter) expansion tank, control cabinet and piping. All the components of the system must work together in harmony for proper performance.

Electric thermal oil heater is a particular kind of forced circulation industrial heater that uses electric as power, and takes thermal oil as its medium. The pump in the system circulates thermal oil to heat using equipment, releasing heat there and back to the heater for reheat again.It can be made as normal type or explosion proof type according to different safety level requirement.
1.Work at a low work pressure
Compared with steam boiler, thermal oil boiler which has a lower work pressure could heat up to a higher temperature. Under a small pressure max 0.6mpa, it could heat thermal oil temperature to 200°C-350°C, ensure 100% safety.
2.High heating temperature
Electric heating thermal oil heater can reach a temperature of 350°C under the low pressure and the heating temperature automatic control.
3.No Pollution
Electric heating thermal oil heater is provided with new electrical heating system, using electricity instead of coal, saving cost, protecting environment without pollution.
4.High thermal Efficiency
Electric heating thermal oil heater has high efficiency up to 95%, and achieve stable heating and accurate temperature control.

6. Compared with steam boiler, electric thermal oil heaters work without water, it use thermal oil as medium and there is no oil loss druning running. To make heats efficiently, customers replace high quality thermal oil every five years.
